Since our certification as an aggregation, Broker and Consultant in 2003, we've operated and served the deregulated Texas electric market. River Oaks Energy and Lock Group offer services designed to lower your electricity rate while serving the best contract. We have successfully negotiated over $650MM in electric contracts across the country in other deregulated states. We use our exclusive T-COE energy model to evaluate each meter and prepare a report that shows your kWh usage pattern of savings.

One important point to know is; we always work independently and not for any particular electric company. We have firm agreements with over a dozen electric companies capable of serving your electric needs. Our role is to study and understand the entire electric market and to present a full range of options and rates for you to choose. Furthermore, we also know the reputation of each electric company and how it operates, including vital points such as how the company handles customer complaints, their financial condition, reputation and standing in the community and marketplace in which it serves.
